Strategy that takes root.
SWS Seeded works with founders and established businesses to plan, structure and grow — turning early ideas and settled operations alike into something that lasts.
Advisory work, from first filing to full scale
Management consultancy grounded in how UK businesses actually run — engagements are scoped to your situation, not sold from a shelf.
Business strategy & planning
Market positioning, growth roadmaps and board-ready business plans that stand up to scrutiny from lenders, investors and partners.
Start-up & scale-up advisory
Guidance for early-stage companies on structure, governance set-up and getting ready for customers, funding and due diligence.
Operations & process improvement
Reviewing how work moves through your business, then removing the friction, duplication and cost that slow it down.
Organisation & governance
Structures, roles and decision-making frameworks that keep a growing company accountable as headcount and complexity rise.
Regulatory readiness & documentation
Policies, procedures and company documentation prepared for onboarding, audits and due diligence — organised and defensible.
Project & programme delivery
Hands-on management of change initiatives from kick-off to embedded outcome, with clear milestones and honest reporting.
Seed, cultivate, sustain
Every engagement follows the same honest arc — understand the ground you're working with, put the plan in, and stay until it holds on its own.
Understand the ground
We start with the facts of your business: numbers, people, obligations and ambitions. No recommendations until we understand what we're planting into.
Put the plan in
A written plan with owners, milestones and costs — then we work alongside you to implement it, adjusting as real conditions demand.
Stay until it holds
Change only counts if it survives our departure. We embed processes with your team and review outcomes against what was promised.
How we hold ourselves
Partner-led
You work directly with the people accountable for the outcome — no hand-offs to a delivery team you've never met.
Plain-spoken
Advice in clear terms with the reasoning shown. If we think a plan won't work, we say so before you spend money on it.
Confidential
Your commercial information is handled carefully and processed in line with UK GDPR. Discretion is part of the service, not an add-on.
